Customer Service Assistant jobs Vacancy, We are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistant for our firm , location Dubai.

Job Description:
  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  4. follow up to ensure resolution
  5. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  7. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  9. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Skills :
  1. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  4. High school degree
  5. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  6. Track record of over-achieving quota
  7. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
